Mould Making
PW specialize in crafting high-quality moulds for various applications. With profound technical background, we have strong technical capabilities and can handle tasks that others cannot, such as:
The inserts from our multi-cavity mould are interchangeable from each different cavities. Some of our moulds are even no need for fitting;
Threads are machined directly by CNC instead of being tapped by hand. The quality can be 100% guaranteed although the cost has been increased.

Injection Moulding
PW has strong injection moulding capabilities. Within 23 plastic injection machines, including two-component and three-component injection machines by ENGEL, TOSHIBA, and the Japan Steel Works, etc., ranging from 30-1000 ton of clamping force. We can produce highly precise parts with complex shapes and tight tolerance.
Fourteen machines are equipped with robots. Our process is automated for efficient mass production.

Secondary Operation
PW has excellent secondary processing capabilities. We can perform operations like painting, printing, and assembly to enhance and customize products. This allows us to meet diverse customer requirements and deliver high-quality finished products.

Pad Printing & Silk Printing
We can perform various appearance treatment processes such as screen printing, transfer printing, laser engraving, UV printing, etc.
Oil spraying and electroplating
Due to environmental factors, our fuel spraying and electroplating are both produced by commissioned suppliers, but we strictly control the quality.
